Business unusual: Hall & Partners working around COVID-19

These are rapidly changing times. From the beginning of this week, everyone at Hall & Partners has been working remotely to practice responsible social distancing. I expect many of you are doing the same.

We have all set up our home offices and are fully up and running. I wish I could say it is business as usual, clearly it is not. However, it is important to let you know that we are continuing to support all on-going and new work with clients. We have also now successfully migrated all face-to-face work we are doing to virtual alternatives, using some innovative tools. We have been using these to dig deeper for a while now, so we know how to best bring them together in inventive ways.

Looking forward, we see an opportunity to experiment and blend these new tools to create deeper and useful insights at speed. These innovative tools can help you stay close to customers during this dramatic period of change.

There will no doubt be a huge shift in attitudes and behaviour towards brands, products and services during this time. We are keen to help your business adapt fast to these newly emerging needs, attitudes and behaviours. Understanding people and how they respond to the change ahead of us has never been more important. We are here and happy to help guide your thinking and strategies.
