We believe everybody should have an opportunity to learn, stretch and grow during their time with us. Our ‘Learn’ programme, involving face-to-face teaching and an always-on digital learning platform, is designed to inspire and support your career development.
Sessions range from core skills training, leadership development, virtual pitching and storytelling. Our ‘Outside In’ sessions are hosted by external industry speakers, while our ‘Brand Flash’ sessions debate the latest brand and marketing campaigns.
When it comes to your personal development, we believe in identifying and building on your individual strengths. We build on these strengths with regular, three-to-one, in-the-moment feedback, and on-going ‘Great Conversations’.

Making a difference in the world
Beyond our work with clients, we like to help others who are trying to make a difference in the world. This is why we give you a day off every year to volunteer for or support a cause you believe in.
Our education outreach programmes include volunteering in literacy programmes with local schools, helping in soup kitchens, offering work experience to high schools and donating essential school supplies to those who need them.
We also support organisations such as Women of the Future, Their World, Made By Dyslexia, as well as proactively partnering within Omnicom across OpenPride, OpenDisability and Omniwomen & Allies. This also extends to building inclusive working environments through our ‘Kindness in Leadership’ study (in conjunction with Women of the Future & Saïd Business School), as well as our leading role with the Market Research Society’s ’CEO Pledge’, driving inclusion and equality within the market research industry.
