Strategic pretesting built around Frame

THE ISSUE



A major US QSR chain was looking for a pretesting tool that would provide better strategic guidance.

In particular, they wanted to understand how advertising was directly impacting brand and behaviours, as well as a robust set of norms that they used to get from a key competitor.

WHAT WE DID



We worked closely with the client and agency to create engagement plans, ensuring pretest surveys were tailored to the creative strategy using Frame.

We also proposed our Quick Check methodology to test historic ads for the brand & competitors to provide relevant benchmarks.

THE OUTCOME



After several years of success, our client uses the findings from the pretesting not just to evaluate advertising potential, but also to input on broader areas like product development and brand strategy, all linked back to Frame.
